Specialist at Impyrian is responsible for crafting and managing
communications to enhance a positive public image for our clients.
This role includes developing and implementing communication
strategies across the organization to ensure clear, effective
information flow to both internal and external audiences. You will
create style guides, templates, and deliver engaging presentations
and content, as well as manage customer relationships by developing
communication processes that align project updates with client
expectations.Key ResponsibilitiesContent Developmento Draft content
for press releases, websites, and other media.o Develop strategies
and messaging for senior leadership communications.o Manage
internal communications such as memos, newsletters, and other
company updates.Event Coordinationo Organize and assist in planning
events and conferences.o Foster relationships with advocates and
stakeholders to ensure consistency in messaging.Relationship
Buildingo Work closely with executive leadership and marketing
professionals to create impactful media and ad copy.o Build and
maintain relationships with key advocates and stakeholders to align
messaging with organizational values.What You Bring to
ImpyrianQualifications:* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public
Relations, Communication, Journalism, or related field.* Five years
of experience in public relations, marketing, or communications.*
Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)
and strong organizational skills.* Demonstrated analytical ability
to structure and resolve complex business problems.* Capability to
obtain a Public Trust Clearance.* Proven skills in graphic design
tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe InDesign, Venngage) and
PowerPoint.Preferred Qualifications:* Experience with event
intelligence and conference coordination.* Experience supporting
executive leadership to express organizational vision.ADA Compliant
Requirements* Office Environment: Primarily office-based work,
either on-site or remotely, requiring the ability to sit or stand
for extended periods.* Visual and Auditory Requirements:
Proficiency in computer use, screen reading, and participation in
video/phone conferences.* Manual Dexterity: Operation of standard
office equipment.* Mobility: Ability to attend meetings and
collaborate effectively within the office environment.* Stress
Management: Ability to manage multiple inquiries and adhere to
