Job Description:
A company is looking for a Bilingual Vietnamese Member
Experience Associate to assist members with their healthcare
concerns and provide information and education.
Key Responsibilities:
Explain procedures, benefits, and services to members
Document incoming calls and resolve member complaints and
requests
Assist with member outreach programs and maintain good customer
relations
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
Minimum 3 months of related experience or training
At least 2 years of customer service or telemarketing
experience
Medical front office experience preferred
Bilingual in English and Vietnamese required
High school diploma or GED; associate degree preferred
