Job Description:
A company is looking for a Patent Support/Docketing Specialist
on a contract basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage patent docketing systems and monitor deadlines and
filings
Coordinate with attorneys and paralegals to track critical dates
and ensure timely responses
Generate docketing reports and conduct audits of the docketing
system for accuracy
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in patent docketing, preferably in a law
firm or corporate legal department
Proficiency with patent docketing software
Strong understanding of U.S. and international patent
procedures
Ability to work effectively within the Central Time Zone
Experience with patent prosecution and knowledge of intellectual
property management software preferred
