Job Description:
A company is looking for a Patient Access Specialist to provide
advanced services to patients, providers, and caregivers for
manufacturer-sponsored programs.
Key Responsibilities
Provide billing and coding support, claims assistance, and prior
authorization tracking
Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer requests
in a timely manner
Establish expertise in payer trends and report reimbursement issues
to management
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree
preferred
Minimum of four years of related experience in customer service or
healthcare
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
General knowledge of the healthcare industry is preferred
