Job OverviewSnowshoe Mountain Resort is seeking a skilled Transportation Lead Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the transportation department, ensuring seamless operations, and providing exceptional service to our guests.Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and supervise drivers to ensure safe and efficient transportation services.
• Manage transportation facilities, including bus lots and wash bays, to maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization.
• Ensure compliance with DOT rules and FMCSA regulations, maintaining accurate records and conducting regular audits.
• Deliver training programs for new drivers, including classroom and skills training, to ensure they are equipped to handle the demands of the job.
• Communicate effectively with the Transportation Manager and other departments to ensure seamless operations and address any issues that may arise.Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 3 years of DOT/FMCSA experience or related experience preferred.
  • Previous supervisory experience and current computer knowledge are highly desirable.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to pass the Snowshoe Driving Program.What We Offer
