Job DescriptionENSCO, Inc., Mission Systems Group (MSG) is seeking a Senior Operations Research, Enterprise Architect Engineer to support a Combatant Command Intelligence - Enterprise Management Support Office (CCI-EMSO) contract.The position is located in the DC Metro area [Fairfax, VA].Duties will include:--- Formulate and apply mathematical modeling and other optimizing methods to develop and interpret information that assists management with decision-making, policy formulation, or other managerial functions.--- May collect and analyze data and develop decision support software, services, or products.--- May develop and supply optimal time, cost, or logistics networks for program evaluation, review, or implementation.--- Document and explain organizational structures, processes, data flows, systems, and services. --- Match information technology systems with business processes. --- Support Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and Portfolio Management.--- Typically work of high-visibility or mission critical aspects of a given program and performs all functional duties independently.--- May oversee the efforts of less senior staff and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job.Qualifications Required (Skills)--- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or equivalent degree with 5 years' experience--- Experienced in documenting and explaining the impact of changes to one part of an organization or system on other parts of the organization or system, and to adjacent organizations and systems. --- Experience in accurately describing the data required for and produced by organizational activities and system/service functions and the changes which occur to that data as it moves through a process.--- Model-Based System Engineer (MBSE)--- 4 Years DoDAF and/or UAF Enterprise Architecture--- 4 Years CAMEO/MagicDraw EA tool--- Project Management Tools (Confluence and JIRA)--- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)--- SCIF 5 days a week, with occasional flexibility to work from home if needed--- AN ACTIVE DOD TS/SCI CLEARANCE IS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION, FOR WHICH YOU MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN.Qualifications Desired--- Master's Degree in Computer Science with 5 Years Experience#LI-AH1Division DescriptionFor more than 50 years, ENSCO has been providing leading-edge engineering, science and advanced technology solutions to governments and private industries worldwide.ENSCO prides itself in creating and applying advanced technologies for mission success.
