Experience with working with client for UPS needs 4.Experience working with a remote teamJob Duties --- Daily UPS INSTALL/DEINSTALL, smart hands work, and weekly data center floor visits --- Storage operations and data center smart hands work in managing PURE storage, EMC storage, NetApp storage and Brocade switches --- Monitoring storage service queue daily, acknowledge tasks and scheduling changes --- Visit Multiple Data Center once a week at client site or as needed --- Engage with client to ensure UPS INSTALL needs and expectations are met both short term and long term This Data Center technician will work primarily at nights o Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
