Construction Project Management Services, Inc.CPM CONSTRUCTION JOBSConstruction President - Drywall & Ceiling - Washington, DCEmployer: Construction Project Management Services, Inc.Job Location: Washington, DCJob Description:We are currently seeking a Construction President for a commercial drywall and ceiling contractor in the Washington, DC area to oversee all operations, personnel, and general administration for the firm.FIRM: The firm is a midsize commercial Drywall and Acoustical Ceiling contractor based in DC with MidAtlantic regional operations. It is employee-owned, established, and profitable. Construction projects include multimillion-dollar Corporate Office, School, Multifamily, Hospital, Data Center, Airport, or High Rise Multifamily buildings.POSITION: This position reports to the owner and is available due to the firm's recent company growth and the retirement of an incumbent. The job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, oversight of all construction and business operations, related personnel, and general administration for the firm.Although we prefer someone who has functioned as President or Division Manager with direct P&L experience, we are willing to consider an up-and-comer (COO, SrVP, VP, Area Manager, or Operations Manager) who is ready to take his or her career to the next level. Given our strong local presence, local experience or networks are not necessary, so we are open to relocating a candidate from anywhere in the USA.REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidates must have worked at a commercial drywall and/or ceiling contractor for 10 years or more with annual project or company revenues between $15 and $100 million plus.
• Candidates must have excellent skills in communication, time management, personnel management, client/vendor management, and leadership.
