Estimator - Insurance RestorationGTG Property Services is seeking an experienced construction estimator.The majority of our work is residential insurance restoration after water and fire damage. We have a steady flow of leads every week. • Conduct scheduled property visits with homeowners who have experienced water or fire damage.
• Document the damage with photos and create a scope of work to prepare an estimate.
• Educate the customer on the approval and reconstruction process.
• Negotiate with insurance adjusters to get claims approved.
• Work with production managers to provide a smooth handoff when the job goes into production.Minimum Requirements:Prior experience in the Insurance Restoration Industry and proficiency or familiarity with Xactimate estimating software is a plus. This position is also suitable for candidates with previous experience as an insurance adjuster.GTG seeks long-term employees who are dedicated to the company's success and wish to establish a career for themselves.
