Analysts at BLEN play a crucial role in bridging the gap between
business needs and technological solutions. They combine deep
analytical skills, business acumen, and technical knowledge to
guide projects from conception to implementation. Our business
analysis team collaborates closely with stakeholders, translates
complex business requirements into actionable technical
specifications, and ensures that our solutions align perfectly with
client goals and operational needs. They are instrumental in
driving process improvements, facilitating effective communication
between business and technical teams, and delivering high-value
solutions that meet and exceed client expectations.What we would

- Analyze business and technical processes to formulate and
develop new and modified business information processing
systems
- Represent the business unit to define requirements and business
cases for technology developments
- Coordinate with business and technology teams to ascertain
system requirements, including program functions, output
requirements, input data acquisition, and system techniques and
controls
- Facilitate the development and documentation of end-to-end
business processes and associated performance measures
- Translate business needs into technical specifications and
ensure design continuity
- Develop comprehensive requirements documentation and interact
with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to document local variations to
national uniform processes
- Support post-implementation measurement and monitoring of
transformation solutions
- Gather and document lessons learned throughout the project
lifecycle
- Provide subject matter expertise in business process modeling,
business rules development, and functional requirements
development
- Drive the end-to-end solution strategy and implementation of
the to-be vision through Program Releases
- Present business and technical requirements for review and
approval to stakeholders and leadership
- Conduct user acceptance testing coordination and may oversee
overall testing processes
- Facilitate effective communication between business units,
technical teams, and senior leadership
- Conduct trade-off analyses on business and technical
requirements to ensure optimal solutions
- Partner with all stakeholders to communicate the progress of
the projectBasic qualifications
- Essential Requirements
- Ability to successfully complete a stringent Background
Investigation and obtain the required Government Security
Clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information
Systems, or related field (or additional years of experience)
- 5+ years' experience in systems analysis and design of
information systems programs
- Experience managing projects in Atlassian
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite
- An active Agile certification
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Preferred Skills and Experience
- Experience working with federal customers
- Strong understanding of the design of moderately complex
information systems
- Ability to conduct trade-off analyses on business and technical
requirements
- Outstanding leadership skills
- Ability to interact comfortably with Senior Leadership and/or
Government Executives and staff on a day-to-day basis
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Information
Technology, or related field
- Experience with business process reengineering
methodologies
- Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance in government

compensation we expect to offer candidates who can perform the core
responsibilities with minimal additional training. Actual
compensation may vary based on factors such as skill set, level of
experience, and scope of responsibility. Our recruitment team is
