Job Description:

Position Description The Logistics and Operations Manager oversees the company's facility including both warehouse and office space. Responsible for physical infrastructure support, equipment operation and maintenance, building maintenance oversight, asset management, shipping and receiving, and other facilities support. Responsibilities * Responsible for oversight of building maintenance contracts * Coordinates and monitors vendor service calls * Maintains warehouse space, to include equipment and tools, in an orderly manner * Operates material handling lifts to move materials and equipment as needed * Responsible for shipping, receiving, and tracking of equipment * Tracks deliveries, and picks up equipment from vendors/stores as needed * Performs monthly fire extinguisher checks * Tracks maintenance schedules for office systems and equipment * Maintains and operates office machines (printers, fax machines, shredders) * Monitors offices supply inventory * Responsible for oversight of cleaning crew * Communicates with landlord, and submits and monitors building maintenance requests * Responsible for tracking facility access badges and building keys * Coordinates with Facility Security Officer during site visits and annual facility inspections * Runs company errands as necessary * Assists in the overall maintenance of the facility * Participates in special projects as requested Qualifications * Associate's degree in a related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience * 6+ years of facilities support experience * Proficient in Excel and Outlook * Experience with WASP inventory system strongly preferred * Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred, but not required * Self-starter with positive attitude and ability to learn quickly and accomplish tasks on time * Must be highly organized and detail-oriented, with ability to effectively prioritize and multitask * Strong communication skills * Able to climb ladders and operate basic warehouse equipment * Capable of lifting and moving supplies and equipment up to 50 pounds * Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record * Must be able to obtain/maintain security clearance, which requires U.S. citizenship Travel: 5% Reports To: Director of Business Operations Classification: FT, exempt - Equal Opportunity - All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to sex, race, ethnicity, age, national origin, citizenship, religion, physical or mental disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, family structure, marital status, ancestry, domestic partner status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, veteran or military status, or any other basis prohibited by law.
