Individual salaries are determined using various factors such as experience, skills, geography, and proficiency in the role.Bonus: In addition to the $5,000 sign-on bonus, there's also opportunity to bonus monthly/quarterly (35,000+ in your first three years)!Education and Mentorship: Ongoing CEUs provided by BCBA-D; annual in-house conference featuring leading researchers in the field; opportunities to lead sponsored research initiativesSome Benefits Highlights: 15 days of PTO which accrues from Day 1 and 401K Match!Availability we're looking for (this is not the schedule): Mon-Fri flexibility in the mornings and afternoons up until 6pm most nights with preferably one to two evenings per week of availability until 8:30pm.
