Job Description:

A company is looking for a Personal Lines Retention Agent (Remote) to provide high-level service to individual clients and maintain strong customer relationships.



Key Responsibilities:

Process endorsement requests for personal lines insurance policies and manage account documentation
Issue certificates of insurance and follow up on requests to ensure timely processing
Manage the agency interface system to ensure accurate revenue recording


Required Qualifications:

High school graduate or equivalent; some college is a plus
1+ year of experience in sales or customer service
Proficient in computer skills and basic software packages
Embrace the latest technologies available
Active P&C License required
