A well-known Retail Banking and Consumer Lending company is seeking a Call center Representative. The successful incumbent must have sales/ retail store experience. The Daily duties will include, but are not limited to:


Inbound / outbound calls to resolve customer inquiries, identifying products and services that meet the customers needs and updating and documenting customer information.
